- - ONLY SUBMIT A NEW MEMBER APPLICATION IF YOU ARE NOT CURRENTLY A NASMGA MEMBER- -

To complete the NASMGA New Member Application you will need:

  1. A Valid email address at which you agree to allow NASMGA to contact you with organization and event information.
     

  2. A valid GHIN number that will be used to look up your handicap index for tournaments.
     

  3. A contact phone number.
     

  4. The name of the NASMGA club at which you are a member.

When your New Member Application has been approved, you will receive an email at the address you provided
